SMS Text Messaging Terms
3.1 Program Description
ShipArdent offers an SMS text messaging service to provide users with timely updates about freight quotes, load offers, shipment updates, and other logistics-related communications.
3.2 Opt-In Consent
By enrolling in our SMS program, you:
- Consent to receive automated text messages from ShipArdent
- Confirm that you are the mobile account holder or have authorization to enroll this number
- Agree to provide accurate and complete information
- Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per day during peak periods or minimal messages during quiet periods.
3.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates apply. ShipArdent does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data usage according to your mobile plan.
3.5 Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and others. Coverage may vary by carrier.
3.6 How to Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
- Visiting shipardent.com/communication-preferences
- Emailing corptech@shipardent.com with "SMS Unsubscribe" in the subject line
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

3.8 Privacy and Data Use
We collect and use your mobile phone number and related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

While we strive for reliable service, SMS delivery may be delayed or prevented by factors beyond our control, including:
- Mobile carrier network issues
- Device compatibility problems
- Network congestion
- Technical failures
ShipArdent is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.10 Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program at any time without notice. We may also change message frequency, content, or features.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted on our website. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
